Requiem for Slussen, movement IV - «new foundations rising»

The old slussen is gone. The foundations are ripped out, the rubble is removed. New foundations are put while the bulldozers and cranes are weaving their complex patterns along the shore of Mälaren. We would like to invite you for a walk along what once was the vibrant heart of Stockholm, moving the lifeblood at an ever more sluggish pace. This is also a story about new foundations, salvage, history and the planning for the next 100 years.
