Bagatelle - 10 things we love
Last year Jonathan Harris invited us to celebrate our memories of Cowbird at his farm in Vermont. We came there, a diverse group of cowbirders, and grew close over the weekend, sharing memories and tales. For me it was bittersweet to understand the impact my stories had on other cowbirders.
The last morning Jonathan invited us to a grove by the sea, where he had hung 40 silver frames from the old farm - one from each of us. I found my frame and got lost in it. As a parting gift Jonathan asked us to create a tale, seen through the frame, of 10 things we love. Such a simple concept, so lovely to explore.
Here are some summer memories of things I love - given freely as a bagatelle. Hop you enjoy it!

All the summers of my life
Brine and salt
A bagatelle is a small project, where we freely explore a time, a place and a feeling. We go with an open mind and explore it through images. Our bagatelles are small, unpretentious and made because we love the craft.
